A concrete choice, not just words
Bagni Ricci - Ricci di Mare has formally adopted a company policy on gender equality, inspired by the principles of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard and Italian Law 162/2021. This is not just a statement of principle: everyone who works at our venue, whether seasonal or permanent staff, operates in an environment where growth opportunities, pay and responsibilities are assigned on merit, without gender distinctions.
We want everyone who works with us — and everyone who chooses us as a guest — to know that behind the service on the beach and in the restaurant there is a real, verifiable and documented commitment on these issues.
